Chapter 77 : Self-reconstruction

I'm pretty much messing my whole life up & I really need a self-reconstruction . Oh you know , changing my way of living . Maybe a healthier lifestyle or a more organized lifestyle ? 

We humans say it everyday 'I need to CHANGE' but do we really mean it or is it merely just words ? 
I'm pretty tired of always saying 'I should eat better & stop snacking on fatty foods' & never live up to it . Also when it comes to exercising or even studying . 

How much to we really mean when we say the word CHANGE ? How seriously do we take it ? 

We probably take it a little too lightly because we assume there is always tomorrow , next week , next month & next year . But how do we know ? That's the thing ; we don't .

This isn't about death but hey do you really want to live the rest of your life being just a mere human being ? Change is what we all really need . 

I'm pretty ready for a huge change for the good . By starting out with drinking more water , eating less bad food , exercising or even studying more . 

I think we tend to forget that we do need to put a little extra effort in our lives to do better things for ourselves even though it might be a little bit troublesome . We would always choose the easy way out & just never consider the hard way no matter how good it is for us . It takes a whole lot of positive energy & a strong mindset to make a huge change . 

I've lived the past 18 years f my life the same , maybe a little change here & there (especially in the mind) but when will the little changes become a BIG change ? I can't just keep on waiting . As they say 'Actions speak louder than words' so its about time I took action , right ? 

I've made a short list of things I'd like to change about myself & who knows , probably in less than a year I hope , I'll be happier in the sense that I'll be healthier mentally , emotionally & physically .

Especially physically cause I really need to lose weight & etc . Not because I'd like to be stick-thin , not saying I wouldn't want to be just to be in better shape . & if you haven't noticed already , I live & breathe fashion so yeah .

Think about what you'd like to change in your life . But remember , the change is for YOU & NOT for anyone else . Don't change your lifestyle or the way you love because someone expects you to change but change because you want to . Because at the end of the day , the only person you want to please is yourself , right ?
