Maybe its just me but who doesn't love desserts ? After having an amazing lunch at Antipodeon the girls & I walked along the shop lots to find a good place for desserts .
A few days before we were to be having lunch , I did my research on places to eat & one particular cafe came up which was NOSH .
Its a quiet little cafe that serves tons of delicious food & desserts . A perfect place for some real down time with the girls .
As soon as we were given the menus , we dived in to their dessert menu which most of the desserts were pretty sophisticated .
& by the way , they even have like tea time specials with cute little cakes & desserts !
Out of all the scrumptious desserts , we went for a Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta & a Berry Sundae . Honestly I can't remember the names & I totally spaced out on taking photos of the menu . SORRY ):
The first one to arrive was the Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta (( I think thats what its called lol))
I never actually had panna cotta before , I've had like pudding & stuff but panna cotta's are much more thicker & the texture is much more dense . This one that we had was pretty good though the berry syrup on top which I think was cherry or raspberry was a little odd to me .
I love love LOVED this dessert because I'm such a sucker for all things berries . This is a berry sundae . I can't exactly re-call what its actually called but it was so good . There were tons of strawberries in it , heavenly ! It was a super hot day outside & this was absolutely perfect . Yums !
I must admit , the prices at NOSH were a little pricey but maybe its just me .
After NOSH , I wanted to head back to Anitpodeon to take photos of the outsides of the place because I , again spaced out . Idk why . When we were on our way there , I saw a small little sign that was striped blue & pink . Then I realized it looked familiar .
Ok here's the back story . I actually did research on where to go for lunch & dessert with the girls & in the midst of my researching , I came across the name of a cafe called Eat Me that had quite a number of great reviews . When the girls & I were in Antipodeon , I told them about it & we wanted to go . Heck , we wanted to go , BAD . Because they had churros . Who doesn't like churros ? So we sort of Waze-d it & it said 0.3km away which was really near but we couldn't find it .
So when I was walking to Antipodeon , I saw the blue & pink striped sign , I was like HEY LOOK THAT LOOKS FAMILIAR ! The girls went over to check it out & it was Eat Me ! It was just right across the road from Antipodeon -__- *face palm*
Its such an adorable cafe , seriously though .

Eventhough the cafe was like half the size of an actual shop , it felt super cozy . The super friendly staff made us feel so at home ! The waitress came to us with the menu & we were practically drooling over everything .
This drink was pretty cool & they'd give you free re-fills of steamed milk .
It tasted more of coffee in it instead of chocolate though . Thigz didn't really enjoy it as much because she loves chocolate more . Oops .
BUT I must say , the whole idea of the Nutella being in the form of pills was pretty cool !
CHURROS TIME !
This was perfect . The churros were crunchy outside but soft on the inside . The salted caramel dip had this burnt flavor to it , which was very very delicious .
This is something you should try if you're ever in Bangsar . Definitely worth the trip !
You must be wondering , "Why is it called Eat Me ?" . Well , I don't know but in the midst of munching away on the churros , Nadhine suddenly went "OHHHHH NOW I KNOW WHY" . Thigz & I were like totally clueless & just stared at her . Nadhine only said three words which clicked immediately . "Alice in Wonderland" .
If you're not familiar with Disney classics , in Alice in Wonderland when she way following the rabbit , she came across a table with a bowl full of marshmellows with Eat Me written on them .
Though I'm not 100% confident thats the reason why ? But , the decor sort of reminded me of Alice . Maybe its just me .
Out of the two cafes I've gone to that day , I would say I prefer Eat Me . Because I'm not that into high tea or sophisticated desserts . I'd rather have churros over panna cotta's any day . But all in all , both places were very good , just taking into account of what kind of desserts you're actually interested in . But hey , I had the best of both worlds & it was totally delicious !

I almost wanted to ask the staff where they got the water dispenser . Ugh so cute .

They've got practically everything , from tea to coffee to milkshakes to amazing desserts ! Catering to all kinds of preferences .
We went for the Churros ((obviously)) with a Salted Caramel Dipping Sauce & a Nutella Chill Pill with Steamed Milk .
It tasted more of coffee in it instead of chocolate though . Thigz didn't really enjoy it as much because she loves chocolate more . Oops .
